		<description><![CDATA[I agree completely, and I could have been more explicit in my post. The 
audience for channel notes are whomever we have on non-release channels 
today – developers, testers, feature chasers, the press, etc. I think 
that the call for testing and tagged feature notes will benefit those 
users (and Mozilla). The release notes have a much broader audience, 
including more of our normal users. Cleaning up the notes and focusing 
the content should benefit them greatly.]]></description>
